Art Supplies bring healing and joy to children's hospital in Kenya
The Royal Talens Foundation is proud to support Aisha & Friends in their meaningful work at the Kilifi County Referral Hospital's children's ward in Kenya. In October 2024, art supplies donated by the foundation brought creativity and joy to over 30 young patients and hospital staff.
Play Therapy training
Aisha & Friends, an organization that develops educational materials and training with local partners in Kenya and Tanzania, collaborated with hospital staff to create a more child-friendly environment in the pediatric ward. A key focus of their partnership is developing Play Therapy training for hospital staff to enhance social and emotional support for young patients.

Art materials serve as therapeutic purposes

Social workers in the hospital's playroom now have quality creative resources to support their important work with pediatric patients.
